We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as received
It must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return claim

Your unboxing video is required to process such claims.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected
If approved:
Refund will be issued to your original payment method or bank account
